Velour was born from a simple belief: that the way you feel when you leave a salon can change the entire trajectory of your day, your week, your sense of self. We built our studio around that belief — with intention, warmth, and zero compromise.
Founder Isabelle Rossi has spent over a decade building relationships with each client, each team member, and each product partner — curating a space that feels less like a salon and more like a very good friend who happens to be extraordinary at hair.

Founder & Creative Director
With over 15 years working alongside leading stylists in Milan and London, Isabelle founded Velour with one mission: to make every client feel completely, unapologetically themselves.
Maya Chen
Head Colourist
A specialist in balayage and precision colour, Maya trained at Toni & Guy's London Academy before joining Velour. Her work has been featured in Vogue and Harper's Bazaar.
Priya Nair
Lead Skin Therapist
Priya brings 10 years of expertise in advanced skincare and facial rituals. She is certified in gua sha, microcurrent therapy, and bespoke treatment design for all skin types.
